InvoiceOwl sends you notifications about important events so you always know what is happening with your invoices and quotes. You can receive notifications by Email and Push.
Here are the notification types available:
Payments:
- Payment Received -- When a client pays an invoice.
- ACH Payment Failed -- When a bank transfer payment fails.
- Refund Completed -- When a refund is successfully processed.
- Refund Failed -- When a refund attempt fails.
Quotes:
- Quote Approved -- When a client approves your quote.
- Changes Requested -- When a client requests changes to a quote.
Delivery:
- Bounced Delivery -- When an email to a client bounces (could not be delivered).
In-app notifications always appear in your notification center, regardless of your email and push settings.
To manage which notifications you receive, go to Settings > Notification Preferences (under the Notifications section in the left sidebar).
On the Mobile App
- Tap the More tab (bottom right).
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Notification Preferences.
- You can toggle Email and Push notifications independently for each event:
- Payment Received, ACH Payment Failed, Refund Completed, Refund Failed
- Quote Approved, Changes Requested
- Bounced Delivery
In-app notifications always appear in your notification center regardless of these settings.
