In the current version of InvoiceOwl, document numbering (including estimate/quote numbers) is managed through the Template Designer.
To customize estimate numbering:
- Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Under the Documents section, click Template Designer.
- Use the designer to configure numbering options, including prefixes and number formats for estimates and quotes.
InvoiceOwl automatically assigns sequential numbers to each new estimate. The Template Designer lets you customize the prefix and format to match your business needs.
