How to use custom labels for Document Summary?

In the current version of InvoiceOwl, custom labels for document summaries are managed through the Template Designer.

To customize labels on your invoices and quotes:

  1. Click Settings in the left sidebar.
  2. Under the Documents section, click Template Designer.
  3. Use the designer to change how summary fields, totals, and other labels appear on your documents.

The Template Designer replaces the old custom label settings and provides a more flexible way to control your document layout.

On the Mobile App

  1. Tap the More tab (bottom right).
  2. Tap Template Designer.
  3. Use the Labels setting to customize document summary labels.
