InvoiceOwl lets you collect feedback from your clients automatically after they pay an invoice.
To enable client reviews:
- Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Under the Business section, click Client Reviews.
- Turn on the Enable Client Reviews toggle.
When enabled, clients will see a review form after they successfully pay an invoice. This happens automatically -- you do not need to manually request each review.
Reviews can help build trust with future customers and give you insight into what your clients think about your work.
