How to manage notifications?

InvoiceOwl lets you control which notifications you receive by Email and Push notification for each event type.

To manage your notification preferences:

  1. Click Settings in the left sidebar.
  2. Under the Notifications section, click Notification Preferences.
  3. You will see notification categories with toggles for Email and Push:

Payments:

  • Payment Received
  • ACH Payment Failed
  • Refund Completed
  • Refund Failed

Quotes:

  • Quote Approved
  • Changes Requested

Delivery:

  • Bounced Delivery
  1. Use the toggle switches to turn each notification on or off for Email and/or Push.

Changes are saved automatically when you flip a toggle. In-app notifications always appear in your notification center regardless of these settings.

On the Mobile App

  1. Tap the More tab (bottom right).
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Notification Preferences.
  4. Toggle Email and Push notifications on or off for each event type:
    • Payments: Payment Received, ACH Payment Failed, Refund Completed, Refund Failed
    • Quotes: Quote Approved, Changes Requested
    • Delivery: Bounced Delivery

Changes save automatically.
