How to delete account?

To delete your InvoiceOwl account, please contact our support team directly at [email protected].

Before requesting deletion, keep in mind:

  • Any active subscription will need to be canceled first. Go to Settings > Plan & Billing to manage your subscription.
  • All your data (invoices, quotes, clients, etc.) will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

If you just want to sign out of your account:

  1. Click Settings in the left sidebar.
  2. Scroll down to the Account section at the bottom.
  3. Click Sign out.

On the Mobile App

Account deletion is not available directly in the app. Contact [email protected] to request account deletion.

To log out of the app:

  1. Tap the More tab (bottom right).
  2. Scroll down and tap Log Out.
