In the current version of InvoiceOwl, the old "Personalize Invoice" feature has been replaced by the Template Designer, which gives you more control over your invoice and quote layouts.
To customize your invoice design:
- Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Under the Documents section, click Template Designer.
- Use the designer to customize your invoice and quote layouts, including colors, layout, and branding.
Your business logo is managed separately:
- Go to Settings > Business Information.
- Click Choose Image next to the logo area to upload your business logo.
- Click Save Changes.
The logo you upload will appear on all your invoices and quotes.
On the Mobile App
- Tap the More tab (bottom right).
- Tap Template Designer to customize your invoice and quote layouts, including colors, templates, and branding.
To upload your business logo:
- Go to More > Settings > Business Info.
- Tap the logo area at the top of the screen to upload or change your logo.
