In the current version of InvoiceOwl, invoice and quote layouts are customized through the Template Designer.
To customize your document layout:
- Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Under the Documents section, click Template Designer.
The Template Designer lets you customize the overall look of your invoices and quotes, including layout and branding. Your business logo can be uploaded separately under Settings > Business Information.
The old "additional image" feature with size controls (small, medium, large) is no longer available in the current version. The Template Designer provides a more flexible way to design your documents.
On the Mobile App
- Tap the More tab (bottom right).
- Tap Template Designer to customize your document layout.
Your business logo can be uploaded separately under More > Settings > Business Info by tapping the logo area at the top.
