You can add or update your business details by following these steps:
- Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Under the Business section, click Business Information.
- On this page, you can manage:
- Business Logo -- Upload or change your company logo.
- Business Name -- Your company or trade name.
- Business Address -- Start typing and select from the address suggestions.
- Phone -- Your business contact number.
- Website -- Your company website.
- Industry -- Select your industry from the dropdown (e.g., Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC). Choose Other if yours is not listed.
- Default Currency -- The currency symbol shown on your invoices and quotes.
- Click Save Changes to apply your updates.
On the Mobile App
- Tap the More tab (bottom right).
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Business Info.
- Tap any field to update it -- Business Name, Industry, Currency, Address, Phone, or Website.
- To upload your business logo, tap the logo area at the top.
Each field saves automatically when you confirm your edit.
