How do I change my password?

To change your password in InvoiceOwl, use the password reset flow:

  1. Log out of your account (or open the login page).
  2. Click Forgot password? on the login screen.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account and click Send reset link.
  4. Check your email for the password reset link and click it.
  5. Enter your new password (must be at least 8 characters) and confirm it.
  6. Click Reset password.

You will be redirected to the login page where you can sign in with your new password.

If you signed up using Google or Apple, you do not have an InvoiceOwl password. You sign in through your Google or Apple account instead, and manage your password through those providers.

On the Mobile App

The password reset process works the same way on mobile:

  1. On the login screen, tap Forgot password?.
  2. Enter your email address and tap Send reset link.
  3. Check your email and tap the reset link. It will open the app automatically.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password, then tap Reset password.
