To cancel your InvoiceOwl subscription, follow these steps:
- Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Under the Subscription section, click Plan & Billing.
- On the Billing page, you will see your current plan details at the top.
- Click the Manage Subscription button.
- This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel your plan.
- Follow the prompts in the portal to confirm your cancellation.
After canceling, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. The renewal date is shown on the Billing page.
If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store, click Manage in App Store on the Billing page to cancel through Apple. If it was purchased through Google Play, click Manage in Google Play instead.
On the Mobile App
- Tap the More tab (bottom right).
- Tap Plan & Billing.
- Your current plan and subscription source (App Store, Google Play, or Web) are shown at the top.
- If you subscribed through the App Store, tap Manage Subscription to open your App Store settings and cancel there. For Google Play, it opens Google Play settings instead.
- If you subscribed through the web, tap Manage Subscription to open the web billing page.
You can also tap Restore Purchases if your subscription is not showing correctly.
