InvoiceOwl uses a left sidebar for navigation. From the sidebar, you can access everything you need to run your business:
Overview
- Home -- Your dashboard with revenue charts, key stats, overdue invoices, and top clients.
Documents
- Invoices -- Create, view, and manage all your invoices.
- Quotes -- Create, view, and manage quotes for your clients.
- Credit Memos -- Issue credit memos when needed.
- Purchase Orders -- Create and track purchase orders.
Manage
- Clients -- View and manage your client list and their details.
- Catalog -- Manage your items and item bundles that you add to invoices and quotes.
- Payments -- View and track all payments received.
Insights
- Reports -- View business reports to understand your revenue and payment trends.
- Reviews -- See client reviews and feedback.
Settings
- Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar to manage your account, business information, billing, templates, and more.
Notifications
- Click the bell icon in the top-right header to see all your notifications.
Switching Businesses
If you have multiple businesses, click your business name at the top of the sidebar to switch between them or add a new business.
On the Mobile App
On the mobile app, the More tab (rightmost in the bottom navigation bar) replaces the sidebar. It is your hub for everything beyond the main Dashboard, Quotes, and Invoices tabs. Here is what you will find:
Profile Area -- Your name, email, and a business switcher button at the top. Tap it to switch between businesses or add a new one.
Documents -- Invoices, Quotes, Purchase Orders, and Credit Memos.
Manage -- Clients, Catalog (items and bundles), and Payments.
Insights -- Reports and Client Reviews.
Account -- Settings, Template Designer, and Plan & Billing.
Support -- Rate InvoiceOwl, FAQs (opens the help portal), and Contact Us.
Log Out -- Tap to sign out of your account.
