When you log in to InvoiceOwl, the Home screen (dashboard) gives you a complete overview of your business at a glance. Here is what you will find:
Action Cards
Three cards appear near the top of the dashboard:
- Overdue Invoices -- Shows how many invoices are past due and their total value. Click to view them.
- Accepted Quotes -- Shows how many quotes have been approved by clients. Click to view them.
- Changes Requested -- Shows quotes where clients have asked for changes. Click to view them.
Revenue and Payment Charts
Two interactive charts show your business performance over time:
- Cumulative Revenue -- A chart of your total revenue. You can change the time range (last 7 days, 30 days, 365 days, or all time).
- Cumulative Payments -- A chart of your total payments received, with the same time range options.
Key Stats and Top Clients
At the bottom of the dashboard:
- Key Stats -- Shows your average time to get paid, average invoice size, and number of clients invoiced.
- Top Clients -- Lists your top clients by revenue. Click View all clients to see your full client list.
Notifications
Click the bell icon in the top-right corner of the header to view all your notifications.
Navigation
Use the left sidebar to navigate to other sections of the app, including Invoices, Quotes, Credit Memos, Purchase Orders, Clients, Catalog, Payments, Reports, Reviews, and Settings.
