After you sign up, InvoiceOwl sends a verification email to your registered email address. You need to verify your email before you can send invoices and quotes to clients.
To verify your email:
- Open your email inbox and look for a message from InvoiceOwl.
- Click the verification link in the email.
- A new page will open showing a green checkmark and the message "Email verified."
- Head back to your InvoiceOwl tab to continue using the app.
Tips:
- If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Make sure you are checking the same email address you used to sign up.
- If you still cannot find it, reach out to [email protected] for help.
On the Mobile App
The email verification process is the same on mobile. After signing up through the app, check your email inbox and tap the verification link from InvoiceOwl. The link will open in your phone's browser to confirm verification. Head back to the InvoiceOwl app to continue.
