How to create an account in InvoiceOwl?

Creating an InvoiceOwl account is simple and takes just a few minutes. You can sign up on the web, on iOS, or on Android -- the process is the same.

Step 1: Sign Up

  1. Go to app.invoiceowl.com/register (or download the app from the App Store or Play Store).
  2. Enter your email address and click Try it free.
  3. Create a password and click Try it free again.
  4. Or, click the Google button to sign up with your Google account.

Step 2: Set Up Your Business

After signing up, you will see the onboarding screen where you enter your business details:

  1. Enter your First Name and Last Name.
  2. Optionally upload your Business Logo (JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP, max 5MB).
  3. Enter your Business Name.
  4. Enter your Business Address (the field will suggest addresses as you type).
  5. Optionally select your Industry from the dropdown.
  6. Click Create My First Invoice to finish.

You will land on your dashboard and are ready to start sending invoices and quotes.

On the Mobile App

Download InvoiceOwl from the App Store or Google Play Store and open the app.

Step 1: Sign Up

  1. On the welcome screen, tap Get Started.
  2. Choose Sign up with Email, Sign up with Google, or Sign up with Apple (iOS only).
  3. If you chose email, enter your email address and create a password.

Step 2: Set Up Your Business (Step-by-Step Wizard)

The mobile app walks you through onboarding one screen at a time:

  1. Your Name (Step 1/6) -- Enter your First Name and Last Name, then tap Continue.
  2. Business Name (Step 2/6) -- Enter your business name, then tap Continue.
  3. Industry (Step 3/6) -- Select your industry from the popular list or search for it, then tap Continue.
  4. Business Address (Step 4/6) -- Search for and select your business address, then tap Continue.
  5. Invoice Style (Step 5/6) -- Choose a template layout and color theme for your documents.
  6. Business Logo (Step 6/6) -- Tap to upload a logo from your photo library (optional), then tap Continue.
  7. Start Free Trial -- Review the plan details and tap Start Free Trial to finish.

You will land on your Dashboard and are ready to start sending invoices and quotes.
