How to add or change the logo in InvoiceOwl?

Your business logo appears on all your invoices and quotes. You can add or change it at any time from your business settings.

Adding or changing your logo during onboarding:

When you first set up your account, the onboarding screen has a Business Logo field where you can upload your logo before creating your first invoice. Click the upload area, select an image file (JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP, max 5MB), and it will be attached to your business.

Adding or changing your logo after onboarding:

  1. Click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar.
  2. Click Business Information.
  3. Under Business Logo, you will see your current logo (or your business initials if no logo is set).
  4. Click Choose Image to select a new image file from your computer.
  5. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page to upload and save your new logo.

Your updated logo will appear on all new invoices and quotes you create going forward.

On the Mobile App

Adding your logo during onboarding:

On the Logo Upload screen (Step 6/6 of the onboarding wizard), tap the upload area to select an image from your photo library. You will see a preview of your logo. To remove it, tap the red trash icon in the top-right corner of the preview. This step is optional -- tap Continue to proceed with or without a logo.

Adding or changing your logo after onboarding:

  1. Tap the More tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Business Information.
  4. Tap your current logo (or the placeholder) to select a new image from your photo library.
  5. Tap Save Changes to upload and save your new logo.
