How to use credit memo listing?

The credit memo listing page shows all of your credit memos in one place. Here is how to use it:

  1. Click Credit Memos in the left sidebar to open the listing page.
  2. The list shows each credit memo with its Credit Memo #, Client name, Date, Status, and Total amount.
  3. Click on any column header like Credit Memo #, Client, Date, or Total to sort the list. Click again to reverse the sort order.
  4. Click on any credit memo row to open its detail page.
  5. Click the New Credit Memo button at the top right to create a new credit memo.

Status colors:

  • Gray -- Draft (not yet sent)
  • Orange -- Awaiting Allocation (sent but credit not yet applied)
  • Green -- Allocated (credit has been applied to invoices)
  • Red -- Cancelled

Bulk actions:

  1. Click the checkbox on the left side of each credit memo you want to select.
  2. A floating action bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing the number of selected items.
  3. From this bar you can Archive or Delete the selected credit memos.
  4. Click Clear on the action bar to deselect all.

Quick actions on individual items:

Click the three-dot menu icon in the Actions column of any row to quickly delete that credit memo.

The list supports pagination. Use the page controls at the bottom to navigate through your credit memos if you have more than 25.

On the Mobile App

  1. Tap the More tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap Credit Memos under Documents.
  2. The list shows each credit memo with its credit memo number, client name, date, status, and total amount.
  3. Use the filter tabs at the top to show All, Draft, Awaiting, or Allocated credit memos.
  4. Tap the search icon to find a specific credit memo by client name or number.
  5. Tap any credit memo to open its detail screen.
  6. Tap the + button in the top right corner to create a new credit memo.

Quick actions:

Long-press on any credit memo to see options like Open, Edit, or Delete.

Refreshing the list:

Pull down on the list to refresh and load the latest data.

Note: Bulk actions (selecting multiple credit memos), column sorting, and pagination controls are not available on the mobile app. The list loads more items automatically as you scroll down.
