How to use Purchase Order listing?

The purchase order listing page shows all of your purchase orders in one place. Here is how to use it:

  1. Click Purchase Orders in the left sidebar to open the listing page.
  2. The list shows each purchase order with its PO #, Vendor name, Date, Status, and Total amount.
  3. Click on any column header like PO #, Vendor, Date, or Total to sort the list. Click again to reverse the sort order.
  4. Click on any purchase order row to open its detail page.
  5. Click the New Purchase Order button at the top right to create a new purchase order.

Status colors:

  • Gray -- Draft (not yet sent)
  • Blue -- Sent (sent to the vendor, awaiting response)
  • Green -- Accepted (vendor has confirmed the order)

Bulk actions:

  1. Click the checkbox on the left side of each purchase order you want to select.
  2. A floating action bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing the number of selected items.
  3. From this bar you can Archive or Delete the selected purchase orders.
  4. Click Clear on the action bar to deselect all.

Quick actions on individual items:

Click the three-dot menu icon in the Actions column of any row to quickly delete that purchase order.

The list supports pagination. Use the page controls at the bottom to navigate through your purchase orders if you have more than 25.

On the Mobile App

  1. Tap the More tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap Purchase Orders under Documents.
  2. The list shows each purchase order with its PO number, vendor name, date, status, and total amount.
  3. Use the filter tabs at the top to show All, Draft, Sent, or Accepted purchase orders.
  4. Tap the search icon to find a specific purchase order by vendor name or number.
  5. Tap any purchase order to open its detail screen.
  6. Tap the + button in the top right corner to create a new purchase order.

Quick actions:

Long-press on any purchase order to see options like Open, Edit, or Delete.

Refreshing the list:

Pull down on the list to refresh and load the latest data.

Note: Bulk actions (selecting multiple purchase orders), column sorting, and pagination controls are not available on the mobile app. The list loads more items automatically as you scroll down.
