How to delete a purchase order?

You can delete a purchase order in several ways:

From the purchase order detail page:

1. Click Purchase Orders in the left sidebar.
2. Click on the purchase order you want to delete to open it.
3. In the right side panel at the bottom, click the More Actions button.
4. Select Delete from the dropdown menu.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

From the purchase order list:

1. Click Purchase Orders in the left sidebar.
2. Find the purchase order you want to delete in the list.
3. Click the three-dot menu icon in the Actions column on the right side of that row.
4. Select Delete from the dropdown.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Delete multiple purchase orders at once:

1. On the purchase order list page, click the checkbox on the left side of each purchase order you want to delete.
2. A floating action bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing how many are selected.
3. Click the Delete button on the action bar.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

On the Mobile App

From the purchase order detail screen:

1. Tap the More tab, then tap Purchase Orders, then tap the purchase order you want to delete.
2. Tap the Delete button at the bottom of the detail screen.
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

From the purchase orders list:

1. Long-press on the purchase order you want to delete.
2. Tap Delete from the action menu that appears.
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Note: Bulk delete (selecting multiple purchase orders at once) is not available on the mobile app. Use the web version for bulk actions.
