You can attach documents like PDFs, Word files, and images to your purchase orders. Here is how:
- Open the purchase order you want to attach a document to and click the Edit button in the top right corner.
- In the right side panel, find the Attachments section under Settings.
- Click the dashed upload area that says Click to upload.
- Browse and select the document(s) you want to attach. Supported file types include images, PDFs, and Word documents (.doc, .docx).
- The files upload automatically. You will see each attached file listed with its file name.
- To remove a document, click the X button next to the file name.
- Click Done when finished.
When viewing the purchase order detail page, attachments appear in the right side panel. Click on any attachment to open or download it.
On the Mobile App
- Open the purchase order in edit mode (tap Edit on the detail screen, or create a new one).
- Scroll down and tap More Options.
- Scroll to the Attachments section and tap to upload a document from your device. Supported file types include images, PDFs, and Word documents.
- The files upload automatically and appear in the list.
- To remove a document, tap the X next to the file name.
- Tap Done or Save Draft when finished.
