How do I add a photo to my purchase order?

You can attach photos and other files to your purchase orders. This is useful for including product photos, spec sheets, or any supporting images. Attachments can be added both when creating a new purchase order and when editing an existing one — the process is the same.

On the Web

  1. Click Purchase Orders in the left sidebar, then either Create Purchase Order or open an existing one and click Edit.
  2. In the right side panel, find the Attachments section under Settings.
  3. Click the dashed upload area that says Click to upload.
  4. Browse and select the photo(s) you want to attach. Supported formats include images, PDFs, and Word documents.
  5. Your attachments upload automatically and appear as a list above the upload area.
  6. To remove an attachment, click the X button next to the file name.
  7. Click Done when finished. Your attachments are saved with the purchase order.

When you view the purchase order, any attachments appear in the right side panel where you or your vendor can click to download them.

On the Mobile App

  1. Open the Purchase Orders tab, then create a new purchase order or open an existing one and tap Edit.
  2. Scroll down and tap More Options.
  3. Scroll to the Attachments section and tap to upload a photo or file from your device.
  4. Your attachments upload automatically and appear in the list.
  5. To remove an attachment, tap the X next to the file name.
  6. Tap Done or Save Draft when finished.
