InvoiceOwl uses your email address for several important purposes:
- Logging in -- InvoiceOwl uses a passwordless login system. A verification code is sent to your email each time you sign in.
- Payment notifications -- You receive email notifications when clients pay your invoices, when payments fail, and when refunds are processed.
- Quote updates -- You get notified when clients approve your quotes or request changes.
- Delivery alerts -- If an email to a client bounces, you are notified so you can follow up.
- Automated reminders -- The system sends payment and quote reminders on your behalf.
We recommend verifying your email address to make sure you receive all important notifications. You can verify your email in Settings > Personal Info by clicking the Verify now link next to your email address.
