In InvoiceOwl, your account email and business information are managed in separate places.
To change your personal account email:
- Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Under the Profile section, click Personal Info.
- If your email has not been verified yet, you can update it in the Email field.
- Click Save.
Once an email is verified, it cannot be changed. If you need to change a verified email, please contact support at [email protected].
To update the email shown on invoices (business contact email):
Your business contact information is separate from your account login email. To update it:
- Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Under the Business section, click Business Information.
- This is where your business address, phone, and website are managed. Your account email is used for login and notifications, while your business information appears on invoices.
On the Mobile App
Your email address cannot be changed from the mobile app. On the Profile screen (More > Settings > Profile), your email is displayed as read-only. Contact [email protected] if you need to update it.
