You can delete an item using the following steps in InvoiceOwl:
- Click Catalog > Items in the left sidebar to open the Items page.
- Find the item you want to delete in the list.
- Click the three-dot menu (the vertical dots icon) in the Actions column for that item.
- Click Delete from the dropdown menu.
- A confirmation message will appear. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
The item will be permanently removed from your items list. This does not affect any invoices or documents that already include this item.
On the Mobile App
- Tap the More tab, then tap Catalog.
- Find the item you want to delete in the Items tab.
- Long-press (press and hold) on the item row. A menu will appear.
- Tap Delete, then tap Delete again to confirm.
You can also delete bundles the same way from the Bundles tab.
