Yes, you can receive a signed invoice from your customer if you have enabled the client signature requirement. Here is how it works:
- When creating or editing an invoice, select a Contract Template that has Client Signature Required enabled (or toggle the client signature override on for this specific invoice).
- Send the invoice to your client.
- When your client opens the invoice link, they will see a signature area where they can sign electronically.
- After your client signs, the signature status updates on your invoice detail page.
To check if your client has signed:
- Open the invoice detail page by clicking on it from the invoice list.
- In the right sidebar, look at the Contract Signatures section.
- You will see the client signature status as either Signed or Pending.
- Click View Contract to see the full contract including your client's signature.
Both your signature and your client's signature (when required) are stored and visible on the contract associated with the invoice.
