How to add/edit Shipping Address?

Shipping address information in InvoiceOwl is managed through the client record and the invoice's shipping details. To add or edit shipping address information:

From the client record:

  1. Click Clients in the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the client whose shipping address you want to update.
  3. Update the shipping address fields in the client profile.
  4. Save the client record.

On a specific invoice:

  1. Open the invoice and click Edit.
  2. In the right sidebar, enable the Shipping toggle if it is not already on.
  3. The shipping details section appears where you can enter shipping-specific information.

The shipping address on the rendered invoice comes from the client's record. Update the client profile to change what appears on the invoice.

On the Mobile App

The shipping address on the invoice comes from the client record, same as on the web.

  1. To update a client's shipping address, tap the More tab, then Clients, tap the client, and update their address fields.
  2. On the invoice, scroll down and tap More Options, then tap Shipping to enable shipping details on the invoice.
