How to add/edit Billing Address?

The billing address on an invoice is pulled from the client's record. To add or edit a billing address:

  1. Click Clients in the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the client whose billing address you want to update.
  3. Edit the billing address fields.
  4. Save the client record.

The updated billing address will automatically appear on any new invoices created for this client. Existing invoices that have already been sent will retain the address that was on the client record when they were created.

You can also update client details while creating an invoice by clicking + Add new client or editing the client from within the invoice flow.

On the Mobile App

  1. Tap the More tab, then tap Clients.
  2. Tap the client whose billing address you want to update.
  3. Edit the address fields and save.

The updated billing address will appear on any new invoices created for this client. You can also create or update a client while creating an invoice by tapping + Add new client in the client picker.
