How do I add a client to my invoice?

To add a client to an invoice, follow these steps:

  1. Click Invoices in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the New Invoice button in the top right corner.
  3. You will see a client selection screen. Search for an existing client by typing their name in the search box.
  4. Click on the client to select them. The invoice form will open with that client assigned.
  5. If the client does not exist yet, click + Add new client below the client list to create a new client on the spot. Fill in the client details and save.

To change the client on an existing invoice:

  1. Open the invoice and click Edit.
  2. In the Client section at the top of the form, click the Change button next to the current client name.
  3. A dialog appears where you can search for and select a different client, or create a new one.

On the Mobile App

  1. Tap the Invoices tab, then tap the + button to start a new invoice.
  2. The first thing you see is the client picker. Search for an existing client by typing their name, or scroll through the list.
  3. Tap a client to select them and open the invoice form.
  4. To add a new client, tap + Add new client at the top of the list, fill in the details, and save.

To change the client on an existing invoice:

  1. Open the invoice and tap the Edit icon in the top right.
  2. Tap the client name at the top of the form to open the client picker.
  3. Search for and tap a different client.
