To add a client to an invoice, follow these steps:
- Click Invoices in the left sidebar.
- Click the New Invoice button in the top right corner.
- You will see a client selection screen. Search for an existing client by typing their name in the search box.
- Click on the client to select them. The invoice form will open with that client assigned.
- If the client does not exist yet, click + Add new client below the client list to create a new client on the spot. Fill in the client details and save.
To change the client on an existing invoice:
- Open the invoice and click Edit.
- In the Client section at the top of the form, click the Change button next to the current client name.
- A dialog appears where you can search for and select a different client, or create a new one.
On the Mobile App
- Tap the Invoices tab, then tap the + button to start a new invoice.
- The first thing you see is the client picker. Search for an existing client by typing their name, or scroll through the list.
- Tap a client to select them and open the invoice form.
- To add a new client, tap + Add new client at the top of the list, fill in the details, and save.
To change the client on an existing invoice:
- Open the invoice and tap the Edit icon in the top right.
- Tap the client name at the top of the form to open the client picker.
- Search for and tap a different client.
