Would you receive a signed quote from your customer?

Last updated: March 21, 2026

Yes, if you have attached a contract to your quote that requires the client's signature, your client will be able to sign it electronically.

Here is how it works:

  1. You create a quote with a contract template that has Client signature required enabled.
  2. You sign the quote yourself (if your signature is also required) and send it.
  3. Your client receives an email or text with a link to view the quote.
  4. On the quote page, your client can review the contract and sign it electronically.
  5. Once the client signs, you will see their signature status update to "Signed" in the right sidebar of the quote detail page, under Contract Signatures.
  6. You can also click View Contract to see the fully signed contract with both signatures.

You will receive a notification when your client signs the contract.

The client's signature status shows as "Pending" until they sign, so you can easily track which quotes are still waiting for a client signature.

On the Mobile App

You can track client signature status directly on the mobile app:

  1. Tap the Quotes tab and open the quote.
  2. Scroll down to Contract Signatures. You will see the status for both your signature and the client's signature.
  3. If the client has signed, their status shows as "Signed" with a green checkmark. If not, it shows as "Pending."
  4. Tap View Contract to see the full signed contract.

You will also receive a push notification on your phone when a client signs the contract.
