The Quotes listing page gives you a full view of all your quotes. Here is how to use it:
- Click Quotes in the left sidebar to open the listing page.
- Click the New Quote button in the top-right corner to create a new quote.
- The list shows each quote's Quote #, Client, Date, Due Date, Status, and Total.
- Click any column header (Quote #, Client, Date, Due Date, or Total) to sort the list.
- Use the filters at the top to narrow down your quotes:
- Status filter -- choose from All, Draft, Awaiting Response, Approved, Changes Requested, or Converted.
- Date filter -- pick a time range like Last 7 Days, This Month, Year to Date, or a custom date range.
- Client filter -- search and select one or more clients to show only their quotes.
- Click Clear all filters to reset everything.
- At the top of the list, you will see summary stats: Pending Invoicing, Accepted this month, and Outstanding.
- Click on any quote row to open its detail page.
- Use the three-dot menu on any row for quick actions like Delete.
- Select multiple quotes using the checkboxes, then use the action bar at the bottom to Send, Archive, or Delete them in bulk.
On the Mobile App
- Tap the Quotes tab at the bottom of the screen to see all your quotes.
- The list shows each quote with the client name, quote number, date, amount, and status (shown as a colored dot and label).
- Use the filter tabs at the top to filter by status: All, Draft, Pending, Approved, or Changes.
- Pull down on the list to refresh.
- Tap the search icon in the top-right to search quotes by number or client name.
- Tap any quote to open its detail screen.
- Long-press a quote for quick actions: Open, Edit, or Delete.
- Tap the + icon in the top-right to create a new quote.
Bulk actions (select multiple, sort by column) are currently only available on the web app.
