How to use the Quote listing?

The Quotes listing page gives you a full view of all your quotes. Here is how to use it:

  1. Click Quotes in the left sidebar to open the listing page.
  2. Click the New Quote button in the top-right corner to create a new quote.
  3. The list shows each quote's Quote #, Client, Date, Due Date, Status, and Total.
  4. Click any column header (Quote #, Client, Date, Due Date, or Total) to sort the list.
  5. Use the filters at the top to narrow down your quotes:
    • Status filter -- choose from All, Draft, Awaiting Response, Approved, Changes Requested, or Converted.
    • Date filter -- pick a time range like Last 7 Days, This Month, Year to Date, or a custom date range.
    • Client filter -- search and select one or more clients to show only their quotes.
    • Click Clear all filters to reset everything.
  6. At the top of the list, you will see summary stats: Pending Invoicing, Accepted this month, and Outstanding.
  7. Click on any quote row to open its detail page.
  8. Use the three-dot menu on any row for quick actions like Delete.
  9. Select multiple quotes using the checkboxes, then use the action bar at the bottom to Send, Archive, or Delete them in bulk.

On the Mobile App

  1. Tap the Quotes tab at the bottom of the screen to see all your quotes.
  2. The list shows each quote with the client name, quote number, date, amount, and status (shown as a colored dot and label).
  3. Use the filter tabs at the top to filter by status: All, Draft, Pending, Approved, or Changes.
  4. Pull down on the list to refresh.
  5. Tap the search icon in the top-right to search quotes by number or client name.
  6. Tap any quote to open its detail screen.
  7. Long-press a quote for quick actions: Open, Edit, or Delete.
  8. Tap the + icon in the top-right to create a new quote.

Bulk actions (select multiple, sort by column) are currently only available on the web app.
