How to manage quote details?

You can view and manage all the details of a quote from the quote detail page. Here is what you will find:

Viewing quote details:

  1. Click Quotes in the left sidebar.
  2. Click on a quote to open its detail page.
  3. The main area shows:
    • Quote number and status badge at the top.
    • Client information with a link to view their full profile.
    • Quote Date and Expiration Date.
    • Line items organized in sections, with item name, type, quantity, rate, and amount.
    • Price summary showing subtotal, markup, discount, taxes, and total.
    • Deposit tracking if a deposit was requested (deposit required, deposit collected, deposit balance).
    • Deposits received showing payment history with dates, methods, and amounts.
    • Send history showing when and how the quote was sent.
  4. The right sidebar shows:
    • Quote total or deposit balance.
    • Payment methods enabled for deposits (Card, ACH/Bank).
    • Contract signatures status (your signature and client signature).
    • Attachments with links to view or download.
    • Job location, Note for Client, and Internal Notes.
    • Client feedback if the client requested changes.

Actions available on the detail page:

  • Print / Download -- Opens the PDF in a new tab for printing or saving.
  • Copy Link -- Copies a shareable link to the quote (available once sent).
  • Edit -- Opens the quote editor.
  • Send / Send Reminder -- Sends the quote or a reminder to your client.
  • More Actions -- Access to Mark as Sent, Mark as Approved, Revoke to Draft, Archive, Delete, Download PDF, and Preview as Client.
  • Convert to Invoice -- Available when the quote is approved.

On the Mobile App

Tap the Quotes tab, then tap any quote to open its detail screen. You will see:

  • Amount card at the top showing the quote total (or deposit balance) and the current status.
  • Client name and company (tap to view their full profile).
  • Quote Date and Expiration Date.
  • Line items with name, quantity, rate, and amount.
  • Totals showing subtotal, markup, discount, tax, shipping, and grand total.
  • Deposits received with payment history.
  • Attachments, Job Location, Note for Client, Internal Notes, and Send History.
  • Contract Signatures showing your signature and client signature status.

Actions at the bottom of the screen:

  • Send Quote (draft) or Send Reminder (awaiting response).
  • Convert to Invoice (approved quotes).
  • More button for additional actions: Edit, Mark as Sent, Mark as Approved, Copy Link, Revoke to Draft, Archive, and Delete.

Tap the eye icon in the top-right to view the PDF when available.
