How to delete a quote?

You can delete a quote as long as no payments have been collected against it. Here is how:

From the quote detail page:

1. Click Quotes in the left sidebar.
2. Click on the quote you want to delete.
3. In the right sidebar, click More Actions.
4. Click Delete.
5. Confirm the deletion in the popup.

From the quotes list:

1. Click Quotes in the left sidebar.
2. Click the three-dot menu on the right side of the quote row.
3. Click Delete.
4. Confirm the deletion in the popup.

Deleting multiple quotes at once:

1. On the quotes list page, select multiple quotes using the checkboxes.
2. A floating action bar appears at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click Delete in the action bar.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Note: You cannot delete a quote that has collected payments. You would need to refund or delete the payments first. You can also Archive a quote instead of deleting it if you want to keep it for your records.

On the Mobile App

From the quote detail screen:

1. Tap the Quotes tab, then tap the quote you want to delete.
2. Tap More at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap Delete and confirm.

From the quotes list:

1. Tap the Quotes tab to see all your quotes.
2. Long-press on a quote to open quick actions.
3. Tap Delete and confirm.

Bulk delete is currently only available on the web app.
