The clients list is where you manage all of your clients. Here is how to find it and use it:
- Click Clients in the left sidebar to open the clients list page.
What you will see:
The client list is a table with these columns:
- Name -- the client's billing name and company name (if they have one).
- Email -- the client's primary email address.
- Phone -- the client's primary phone number.
- Balance -- the client's outstanding balance.
- Actions -- a three-dot menu with quick actions.
Searching for clients:
Type a name, email, or other details into the Search clients... box at the top of the list to filter your clients instantly.
Sorting the list:
Click on the Name or Email column headers to sort the list in ascending or descending order.
Quick actions from the list:
Click the three-dot menu on any client row to:
- Edit -- open the client editing form.
- Create Invoice -- start a new invoice for that client right away.
- Delete -- remove the client from your list.
Opening a client:
Click anywhere on a client's row (outside the three-dot menu) to open their detail page, where you can see all their information, invoices, quotes, and payments.
Adding and importing clients:
- Click Add Client in the top-right corner to add a new client manually.
- Click Upload Clients to import clients from a CSV or Excel file.
- Click Export to download your current client list as a CSV file.
On the Mobile App
- Tap the More tab (bottom right), then tap Clients under Manage.
The clients list shows all your clients grouped alphabetically with letter section headers. Each row shows the client's initials, name, and company or email.
Searching for clients:
Tap the search icon (magnifying glass) in the top-right corner of the screen. Type a name or other details to filter the list.
Adding a client:
Tap the + icon in the top-right corner of the clients screen, or use the + button in the center of the bottom tab bar and select Client.
Opening a client:
Tap any client row to open their detail screen with tabs for Overview, Invoices, Quotes, and Payments.
Refreshing the list:
Pull down on the list to refresh it with the latest data.
